Time To Shed The Pounds

Due to me not attending a lot of pre-season training with AFC Ealing this year I have found that I have piled on a bit of weight around the belly area. So I think it is tie for me to start doing some fitness works to get me into shape and to reduce the size of my Buddha Belly.

I like to do the majority of my exercises at home as I am very self-conscious and I as looking at my fitness equipment and I have come to the conclusion that I need to go out and order some more as I only have weights now and I don’t even have dumbbells anymore.

Not drinking so much beer will certainly help me. :)
