Training Round-Up Week #4

Monday

Four miles at an easy pace after work. A very long day at work, so my legs didn’t want to move that fast.

Tuesday

Today was a rest day.

Wednesday

Today was meant to be a track session. Because I didn’t have time to go home, grab my spikes, and then go to a track, I just did the session on roads and paths home. All about getting it done, right?

Thursday

Four miles at an easy pace home after work. I had the wind in my face the entire time.

Friday

Rest day today.

Saturday

I decided to do a race today. It was Runthrough’s Velopark 1 Mile. The aim was to scrape under 6:30.

Sunday

Five miles at an easy pace to round off a full week of training.

Summary

An even better week this week. A full week of training, something I can’t admit to too often over the years. I even managed a (not)track session. Can I continue?
