Too Heavy For Carrying

Yesterday I made a return to football training with Custom House and boy have things changed! No more is it merely a kickabout with a match at the end, this time we did plenty of running and lots and lots of drills that almost killed me! Had the manager and coach turned into sadists while I had been away? Clearly so!

Although I couldn’t take part in all of the session I tried to do as much as my body would allow and was rather pleased that I managed to do as much as I did. I stepped out of the drill which required people to carry each other the width of the pitch as I didn’t want to injure most of the team when it came to them trying to carrying my fat arse.

Although I still ache I can’t wait to next week when I can do it all over again as it will get me out of the house for a couple of hours, plus there is the bonus that it might help with my weight loss.

Speaking of weight loss: I am at a loss as to what I should do with the supplements I have sitting on the top of my cabinet in the bedroom. I bought them to help with me when I was hitting the gym regularly, I had to stop using them after two weeks because I was shitting like a cow and couldn’t even leave the house for fear of shitting myself in public.

I don’t want to throw them away as they cost me nearly £100 but I don’t think I can donate them to a refuge or a charity like friends have done for apothecary products they have laying around the house.

Any ideas?
