My loving mother came bouncing back into London today, I have not spoken to her since the incident last year when she forgot to tell me she had met some bloke and was marrying him and told the rest of the family not to tell me.
She bought me a jumper which he obviously thought would make things OK again.
Apparently I can expect a visit from my aunt and her chav kids on Thursday, oh what a joy that will be. I think I might just bugger off to the pub and leave them to talk to my dad.
I really can’t be bothered with my family these days.

Why do friends feel the need to set you up with people just because you are single?
Let me rephrase that question slightly…
Why do friends, who are also single or have many failed relationships, think that they know the kind of person you go for and are always trying to set you up with people?
