Regular readers of this blog will no doubt know all too well about my passion for long distance running, but what many of you may not be aware of is my passion for walking and hiking.

I recently secured a permanent job as an estate operative and this involves me walking between 30,000-50,000 steps every day. This does not include running or travelling to the job.
