Someone Thinks My Articles Are Worth Stealing

The #30DayWorkoutChallenge is really starting to take its toll on my poor legs. Between the squats, lunges, planks, wall sits, the running I do, and the amount of walking at work, I don’t think they know what has hit them lately.

I can’t make the same statement about my chest and arms though, which both seem leaner and have more definition in them lately.

I will take it one day at a time and see if I can keep going. I might have to break them up into groups of ten or something (example: 50 squats at 10 squats with a short rest). I am not sure if that is against the rules or not, but considering this is a challenge that did not come with any rules (just a list of what exercises to to daily) I think it might be OK.

I have finally finished uploading all of my old blog posts to this blog. With nearly 1300 of them to go through, one-by-one, and upload them it was always going to take an age. But they are finally done.

I wanted a page to list some sample articles in case anyone visits the blog and is interested in paying me to write. These are old articles that I have written for other sites that I owned that are sadly no longer around. I uploaded them to a site called HubPages and soon received an email telling me that some of them were duplicated content that they had found online elsewhere.

Someone had taken whopping great chunks of my articles and put them into their own articles and published them on some spammy blogs. These blogs are notorious for stealing content and no amount of complaining to them will resolve the issue..

They are all free accounts with Blogger so I emailed some complaints to the blogging platform in the hope that they will have their accounts terminated for copyright infringement.

They were some of my best work as well.
