Still more comments from family and supposedly close friends come flooding in, but anything that makes them happy, it just washes over me these days, they seem to forget that people have been taking the piss out of me for nearly 35 years. 🙂
I finally managed to get my exercise bike set up, and although the pedals don’t offer as much resistance as I would like it will do until I can invest in a better one, and it now sits proudly in the corner of my home gym. I have drawn up a new workout regime which kicks off tomorrow, rather than do the same exercises every single day I’m going to devote week days to certain body parts, for example Monday will be quad day, Tuesday will be chest day, and so on. This way no two days in a row will be the same.
I’m not going to do anything with my diet apart from cut down on the amount of takeaways I consume.
I will also be looking to draw up a schedule for my work that will hopefully help me become more productive and earn more money to buy beer with. I make about a £1,000 a month writing articles and running my sites, but I spend a lot of time just messing about and I could earn triple that if I had a routine or schedule to stick with.
I’ve done this before so it will be interesting to see how long I can stick to them this time.
