
I remember when I was about 8 or 9 and I first got into watching World Wrestling Federation on Sky round at my step-brother’s house. Hulk Hogan was very much the top guy and he was spouting every week that you should say your prayers and take your vitamins.
Well I’m not a religious man, but to this day I do take vitamins to try and keep myself looking healthy. I regularly take calcium powder supplements because I do not drink milk due to the fact I can’t consume dairy as it makes my psoriasis worse.
If I am playing football or attending football training then I normally pop into my local chemist and pick up a couple of high protein bars to help me boost my energy after the games and sessions.
It actually get me wondering what other vitamin powder supplements are available. I currently take iron because I have an iron deficiency and I find swallowing tablets difficult, even with fluid.
