#30DayWorkoutChallenge Day 19

As it looks like we are heading into another nationwide lockdown I wanted to attempt something to help with my fitness as although I’ll still be running and doing my dumbbell workouts regularly I wanted to add a challenge to my exercise.

I came up with the 30 Day Workout Challenge: A daily workout of seven exercises that I can do in the comfort of my own home with no weights or equipment necessary.

  • 55 squats
  • 65 second plank
  • 65 reverse crunches
  • 65 lunges
  • 65 push ups
  • 70 crunches
  • 65 second wall sit

I forgot to post a daily update on my challenge on social media yesterday, apparently that means that I didn’t do the workout and thus have failed.
