As it looks like we are heading into another nationwide lockdown I wanted to attempt something to help with my fitness as although I’ll still be running and doing my dumbbell workouts regularly I wanted to add a challenge to my exercise.
I came up with the 30 Day Workout Challenge: A daily workout of seven exercises that I can do in the comfort of my own home with no weights or equipment necessary.
- 45 squats
- 55 second plank
- 55 reverse crunches
- 55 lunges
- 55 push ups
- 55 crunches
- 55 second wall sit
Got it done nice and early today as I have a run to fit in before I clear out my bedroom ready to be painted.
I am now officially half way through the challenge.
