A Blessing In Disguise
Not being able to go to Manchester this weekend is probably a bit of a blessing in disguise if I am honest. It has been snowing in this country (well up north more) pretty much every day since Sunday and I don’t relish getting the coach up there.
I don’t fancy the prospect of having to wait for roadside assistance in the snow when the coach breaks down in the middle of bloody nowhere.
I’m ill anyway I would not have been much fun to have to hear me coughing and spluttering all weekend. Apart from Saturday even when I would have crawled downstairs to watch the Millwall game in the hotel bar.

a good write up, hopefully your health be better soon.
Thank you.
Its snowing like crazy where I’m at…I can’t wait for the sunshine to come back travelling in this weather is no fun
I’m not sure where you live but here in the UK we fall completely apart when it snows. We know it is coming as well but we are never prepared for it. lol
I hope you feel better man. As for the snow, I agree that it’s probably better you didn’t have to drive in it. I live in New York and we get a ton of snow all the time. I try to avoid it when I can.
I’m not a fan of when it snows, mainly because the entire country comes to a stand-still. 10mm of snow hits the floor and people panic. In the 1940s we were getting bombed and still going about our daily business.
i like snow …i hope so you feel better now.
I do too, as long as it isn’t near me!
