I did not go to work today. I keep my debit card and my Oyster card in a little yellow wallet that I was given when I got my Oyster card. I left it in one of my back pockets and sat down. The debit card was fine but the oyster had a nice long crease mark through the middle of it rendering it unusable.

I’m not sure why but today I got my ear pierced. I’m still undecided if it was some form of mid-life crisis. Maybe in a couple of weeks I’ll be chasing 18 year old women, wearing leather jackets and applying for a driving license so I can buy a really flashy car?

I’m not sure if it is a sign of me getting old but my taste in music has become even more dodgy than it previously was. I’m a big fan of metal as many of you know but I also like Chas & Dave, Shakin’ Stevens & 80s music. The last three are easily forgiven and most I meet even mention a couple of songs by Chas & Dave and Shakey that they enjoy.

I really do wish this blog was more happy instead of the anger, hate and bile that is regularly contained on it’s pages. I wish I could write nice things like having a threesome with a fairy and a leprechaun while an intrigued unicorn looked on.
