I have just decided to dive into the murky world of writing articles for other people.

The premise is pretty simple, someone hires me to write an article on a certain niche or topic, I write it, the person pays me for the article and then passes it off as their own work on their web site or blog.

I am not too bothered about someone else pretending that they wrote one of my articles if they pay me, how many journalists or authors do you think really write their own pieces or books?

The only problem is the cut throat nature of the ‘business’. There are plenty of good writers who have had to whore their wares at a low price due to the influx of Asian people willing to write these articles for practically nothing.

It is now thanks to the ‘Asian under-cutters’ that if you charge more than $0.01 a word you are not going to get much work unless you already have people who have been clients of yours for a long time and trust your work.

I have just placed a couple of free adverts on some popular webmaster message boards so we shall see what the morning brings.
