I Own Some Weight Equipment

A several years ago I went and visited an Argos store on Boxing Day (I must have been bloody mental!) to buy some weight equipment, I did this because at the time I was rather skinny and wanted to bulk up a little bit.

I remember once trying to get my brother to use them in a bid to help him lose weight. I drew up a workout regime for him and he did one training session and then ran off home at about 7am in the morning!

I still have them and I still use them, they cost me about £20.00 and were a great investment. Althouh the dumbells have gone as my dog Lauren chewed them.
