I’ll be honest I have been using steroids, there was a point in my life when I used steroids on a daily basis. Now before you all rush to lynch me I will explain that not only was the steroid that I was taking legal (yes there are some) but it was a steroid cream that I used to combat my Psoriasis.

Before I ever took steroids I was told that the onl steroids that will work are all illegal, legal steroids do not work. I was told this by members of a body building web site and I stupidly believed them.

The truth is that there are plenty of legal steroids on the market today that do work so anyone who told me they don’t was obviously either lying or trying to keep the legal ons a secret.
