Further to my earlier post today about voting tomorrow I thought that I would clear something up regarding the amount of people who do not vote.

I know lots of people who vote, in fact I will go so far as to say that I am the only one out of all my friends and family who takes advantage of their right to vote. My dad is the only person to vote this time as he got sick of me moaning on about it.

The main arguement that I hear is “What is the point? My vote will not make any difference.” Well you are wrong, every vote can make a diference as my example below will show you.

Four years ago George Galloway decided to target Oona King’ seat to get back at Tony Blair, only 60% of the people in the borough who could vote actually bothered to vote and he was voted in my a majority of only 900 votes.

Can you imagine what would have happened if the other 40% had been bothered to vote? They could have made a hell of a difference to the outcome.

Tomorrow use your right to vote, it takes about five minutes and can change the city of London for the better.

Otherwise I might have to nag and nag until you change your mind and vote, it worked on my dad, it worked on my mate Reiss and it will certainly work on you!

I hope that anyone who lives in the London area is going to vote tomorrow. This is your chance to change things around and give your point of view forward to the people who run our country and services.

I have already vote, I actually voted last week because I vote via post I get my voting balets through about 10 days earlier than the polling day. This means I do not have to line up with you other rude people who think it is OK to jump the queue and try and talk other people out of who they are going to vote for.

My dad also votes via post and although he has lived here since the early 60s and has never voted once I forced him to fill in the ballet papers (well I nagged him until he did it just to stop me moaning at him) and I sent them both off ast Wednesday.

The Mayor race is going to be either Boris Johnson or Ken Livingston. They both make decent arguements. I disagree with Ken’s statement that he has improved the public transport system, I get it every week you have improved nothing and you regularly increase the fares!

Make sure you al vote guys, it really can make a difference.

I can not afford to buy my own house at the moment but maybe one day if I win the lottery then I will be able to afford a nice little place in Seaford, East Sussex, where I will not have to interact with rude people and noisy kids that I currently cross in London.

I remember when I was at Bowden House School and one of the house parents (Mrs Language, well that is how I pronounced her name) had her husband build a brand new house from scratch on a piece of land that they had purchased.
