Raw Anniversary Notes

The Rock has apparently turned down the opportunity to appear on Raw tonight due to him being on a public vacation. This is a shame because it would have ben nice to see him Rockbottom someone just for old time’s sake.

It looks like Bret Hart is not going to be at the show either due to a conflict with his commitments promoting his book.

Despite the news that Hulk Hogan will be at Raw the show is not being built around him. A month ago he was telling people he was not going to appear, I wonder what changed his mind…

The Wrestling Observer is reporting that the outline for tonight’s show will be to have stars from the past and present come out and insult or hit their trademark finisher on Vince McMahon.
