Last night I went to the Backyard Comedy Club with Wayne & Reiss. I did not know if Reiss was definitely coming, until about two hours before we left, as I asked him a couple of weeks ago and he said he wanted to come but then during the week he said he was going to The Intrepid Fox on Saturday.
It was an OK night, Lee Hurst was at his normal best, Howard Read took a while to get going but soon had us laughing, Maff Brown was funny I’ve seen him on a TV show before (no not the fat guy from the Lost!) and Steve Hughes was bloody hilarious as always.
When I woke up this morning I felt as if something was living inside me, despite having three t-shirts, a jumper and lying under two thick duvets I was still shivering and has to dash to the toilet to throw up several times.
At one point I passed out in the kitchen, my dad and Wayne both heard me hit the floor with a thud but still did not bother to come into the kitchen to see what had happened. I could have had a fit or swallowed my bloody tongue, the uncaring bastards!
I feel a bit better now, I’m still wearing most of my wardrobe and have a thick duvet around me with the heating on and I’m still bloody freezing!
I had promised Steve Ashfield (the editor of the Piledriver fanzine) that I would have an article ready for him by the weekend. I had to drag myself to the computer every couple of hours and add bits to it every time, I’ve still only managed to put about 547 words, I think I need to get about 765-800.
Hopefully I can finish it in the morning, to be honest I have actually been hit with a case of writer’s block

I received an email early this morning from Ryan Clark. For those of you who have not heard of Ryan Clark he runs a number of very popular professional wrestling websites such as ProWrestlingSCOOPS.com, TheWrestlingAnswer.com, TNAWrestlingNews.com, & PWSForums.com (to name only a few) and he is also a very active news reporter on many other highly popular wrestling websites.
I contacted him a couple of days ago to enquire if he would be interested in having my wrestling column (The Final Cut) on one of his wrestling websites, I’ve contacted him before about this and was not really holding out much hope, as he had never replied in the past, but I am now very proud to announce that my columns will grace the ProWrestlingSCOOPS.com website.
This is a HUGE boost for my wrestling column and puts closure on possibly the best week I have ever had with regards to my wrestling column gaining exposure. I am not slowing down though, I have a huge list of other directory sites and wrestling websites that will be contacted by the end of this week.
I also got an email from Anthony DeBlasi when I woke up. Anthony runs a popular website called wrestling-news.com and was also one of the guys I contacted about having my wrestling column on his website, he has agreed to publish my column aswell.
I have a few professional wrestling pay-per-views that I have to review sometime this week. They are:
WWF Invasion 1992
WCW Clash Of The Champions 31
ECW Big Ass Extreme Bash 1996
ECW House Party 1999
On top of those ones I will be reviewing Raw, Smackdown, ECW, iMPACT, NWA Anarchy & Championship Wrestling (Tennessee) TV shows plus a couple more pay-per-views that I shall hopefully have by the end of the week.

People have said that I am a troublemaker, whenever I got out with Reiss and his group something always happens. This is what happened when I went out with just Reiss on Friday:
I was in a pub in Hackney (The Dolphin) with Reiss on Friday and we ended up sitting on something (I think it was the pool table that had been covered over with some wood) at the back of the pub and a group of people came and sat next to us.
Reiss went and started speaking to the girl in the group and the guy sitting next to me started staring at Reiss and giving him dirty looks, he then muttered “why don’t you leave her alone” at which point I said “Oh he’s OK he’s my mate”.
The guy, not turning to me, just said “I know, I don’t care, I wish you two would just leave”. I said “there is no need to be like that”, I went to pick my bottle of beer up and he slapped my hand away quite hard and again said “why don’t you just both piss off?”
Is this me causing trouble?
I am not going to let someone have a go at me, and strike me, simply for sitting next to him (in fact he sat next to me!) and I’m not going to let him sit there and talk like that about my friend, whether he can hear him or not.
Maybe people are right and I am a troubler maker, maybe next time I should just shut my big fat mouth and let things naturally happen to other people.

I’ve decided that I am not going to go out as much at the weekend as I used to. I have noticed that when I go out I seem to either attract trouble or something happens in the group I’m in to sour the evening.
I don’t mean to cause trouble (and I certainly don’t go out looking for trouble) but I will stand up for myself and sadly a lot of people I’m with absolutely detest this about me. But I am certainly not going to let some random cunt smash into me and walk away without apologising for it. Who will stand up for you if you are not prepared to do it first?
It is not all bad though. This means that I shall be able to save up quite a bit of money so I can go and see the awesome Richard Herring and Chas & Dave next month. I’ll also be able to get that new computer I’ve been meaning to save up for.
It also means I can watch WWE Smackdown ECW & TNA every weekend and not have to download it from the internet because I’ve missed it due to being out. Yes I am well aware of how sad that sounds!
