That is correct, you read the title of this blog post correctly, I am going to see The Great F’N Muta and what is even better is he is coming to York Hall in Bethnal ‘fucking’ Green!

I have bought two tickets, I going to ask Reiss if his girlfriend will let him loose on Friday night to come with me. He is a big fan of Muta and this is Muta’s first, and probably last, appearence in the United Kingdom, but I’m not sure if Jen will let him out to play as they normally do their own couplely thing on Friday nights.

I got my cash card today and booked the tickets. I also bought a new pair of trainers online. I have been meaning to buy a new pair for months but I have size 11 feet and none of the shops in my area sell higher than size 10. The only problem with buying them online is if they do not fit it will take an age to send them back.

I have been waiting for my new cash card to come through the post. I lost my old one on New Year’s Eve in the pub. I was more upset over losing the jumper it was in than the actual card itself. It was a nice warm jumper.

I phoned up my bank and got them to cancel my card and send me a replacement one. I was assured that it would take only about 2-4 working days to arrive …. and I bloody believed them!

Saturday morning rolls around and I get a card put through my letterbox. It was one of those “while you were out” cards. Which means that the postman could not be bothered to bring my letter with him so I would now have to wait until Monday morning to go and pick up my new card.

I clocked the date on the card, it said the 5th of January, but Saturday was the 6th of January. Either this postman is a bloody moron or he forgot to put the card through the day before. Either way he did not do his job properly and I made a complaint to Royal Mail.

Monday morning comes around and I went along to the sorting office to find that it was closed. The shutters were down and there was no notice explaining why it was closed.

I checked the time on my card and it clearly states that the office is open until 1pm, the time was 11am. Either these morons can not tell the time, and went home early, or they have one hell of a lunch hour.

I tried phoning the telephone number listed on the card but got a recording saying the office was closed, this was at 11:30. So I am now having to wait til Tuesday morning,

I will turn up at 7am and make another formal complaint, I got one postman sacked I don’t mind maving another lose his job.

I thought I was going to have a quiet night in on New Year’s Eve but Reiss called and asked me if I wanted to go out with him and Jen to a pub.

After finding out that virtually all of the pubs in Bethnal Green seem to have been reserved for parties we finally managed to get in at The Hare. It is a bit of a shit hole but at least the beer is OK and it is not packed to the rafters with the normal kind of scum you find in Bethnal Green.

Jen got me a book about wrestling which I was really pleased with. The only draw back was the book did not include the excellent Les Kellett, but that is more the fault of the doughnut who wrote the book.

It was actually a decent night I thought. I played pool, drank tequila and even had a bit of a dance after being dragged to my feet by some random girl at the end of the night.

I lost my debit card, which means I had to phone up my bank to get a new one, this will take bloody ages and until it arrives there will be no trips to the pub for me.

The guy on the phone said 2-4 days so we will see if it gets here by Saturday. The last time I had to get a new one it took two months because they somehow sent it to the wrong house, a house I have never lived in!
